Merel Mossou

She also advises and litigates on matters of commercial contract law and liability law. Her work includes assisting with real estate transactions, the purchase and sale of (real estate) companies, property development, and disputes concerning leases and commercial contracts.

Merel obtained her bachelor’s degree in Law at Avans-Fontys in ’s-Hertogenbosch, followed by a master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. In March 2027 she will begin the Grotius specialisation programme in Real Estate to further deepen her expertise in real estate law. Merel has been an attorney-at-law at Spee & Bijl since February 2023.
