In insurance law, we assist clients in disputes with insurers. In liability law, we advise and litigate on a wide range of issues concerning liability and damages. You can come to us for matters including liability for road traffic and workplace accidents, loss caused by professional negligence, directors’ liability and product liability. We act for clients both in recovering damages and in defending against liability claims.
