Justus Bloem

He advises and litigates on a wide range of civil disputes, including tenancy disputes, real estate transactions and contractual liability matters. From an early age Justus developed a strong affinity with real estate, a background that underpins his interest in and commitment to real estate-related legal issues. Among colleagues and clients, Justus is known for his decisive way of working and his sharp insight into complex legal matters.

Justus completed his bachelor’s degree in Law at Leiden University, followed by a master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. He has been with Spee & Bijl since April 2025.
