Benjamin Bijl is a partner and co-founder of Spee & Bijl. He is an expert in intellectual property law.
He has, for instance, represented one of the world’s largest technology companies in proceedings before the highest trade mark authority in Brussels. He also has extensive expertise in commercial contract law, liability law and privacy law. Benjamin combines his legal expertise with a sharp analytical eye and a strategic approach. He advises and litigates on behalf of entrepreneurs and businesses on a wide range of legal matters, always keeping both the legal and the commercial interests of his clients in view.
Benjamin founded Spee & Bijl together with Koen Spee in April 2021.
